- In case of manufacturing defect mail us within 24 hrs of receipt of the product on our customer service email ID (email@example.com).Never return the item without consulting us.
- Return your item using registered airmail/courier agency as advised in our return authorization mail.
- Shipping cost of sending back the item to us will be borne by the customer.
- Return the item within 7 days of confirmation from us with original packing and original condition along with a copy of invoice. Worn, damaged, washed or used item will not be accepted.
- Sending back the product safely to us is your responsibility.
- After purchase it will not be refundable except the manufacturing defect, damaged product or wrong delivery. Refund will be issued only if we are responsible for the reason of return.
- After we receive the product we will initiate the refund to your credit card accounts within 3 working days.
- On receiving a defective or wrong product the alternative product will be shipped at no extra cost within 7 days after receiving your returned product. The shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
- If the same product is not available or out of stock and the customer reject any other variation the entire amount will be refunded back within 3 working days.
- After booking of you order it will be shipped within 48 business hrs. So if you want to cancel the order then email us to firstname.lastname@example.org Or call us at 03461-255029 within 24 hrs of booking the order otherwise we are unable to cancel the order.
- If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled you will receive the total amount after deducting 5% of cost of product as cancellation charges. The balance amount will be refunded within 7 -10 working days.
- Cancellation of order after shipment to courier agency or delivery or in transit will not be entertained.
